We are seeking a highly skilled **DevOps** to join our team as a **Grader**, responsible for evaluating, reviewing, and assessing coding assignments and projects submitted by candidates. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in DevOps to ensure submissions meet technical and quality. **Required:** - English (Fluency in reading and writing, speaking can be intermediate) - Proficiency developing in one or more programming languages including JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Groovy, or Go - Solid skills or experience with database management (on MySQL, Postgres, Mongo) - Solid Computer Science fundamentals knowledge (algorithms, data structures, concurrency, etc.) - Experience utilizing Jira or similar Agile tools for task management - Validate the use of DevOps tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and Git **Differentials:** - Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or grading is a plus **Responsibilities (Assessment and Grading):** - Conduct technical interviews - Review technical tests - Send feedback on the candidate's technical skills to the hiring manager - Ensure submitted work aligns with modern frameworks, tools, and industry trends - Validate the functionality, scalability, and maintainability of code submissions Apply here https://shawandpartners.com/opt/?jobId=118
